Returns & Refunds

If a bottle you bought from Dashi Wine Bar and Emporium is corked, oxidized or otherwise flawed, bring it back within 14 days of purchase with your receipt and at least half the bottle remaining. We’ll replace it or give you a full refund.

Returns are handled in store only, at 5660 Rivers Ave, Unit J, North Charleston, SC 29406. We do not ship wine. Please bring your receipt (your Toast receipt is fine) and keep at least half the bottle so we can taste it and confirm the flaw.

We can’t accept returns because of taste preference. Older vintages (10 years or more) can vary naturally from bottle to bottle, and we review those bottles case by case.
