Born from a Love of Spanish Wine

Dashi Wine Bar and Emporium didn't start with a business plan — it started with a wine club.

When the team behind Dashi, North Charleston's beloved Asian and Latin fusion restaurant, launched a wine club focused on Spanish and South American wines, something unexpected happened: people fell in love with it. The wines were different, the stories behind them were captivating, and the community that formed around them was something special.

So in October 2025, we opened Dashi Wine Bar and Emporium — a place dedicated entirely to that passion.

The Lowcountry's Home for Iberian Wine

We're on a mission to be the destination for Spanish wine in the Lowcountry — and we're well on our way.

Our rotating wine wall features over 100 wines by the glass, including still wines, sherries, ports, and vermouths — all sourced from Spain, Portugal, and South America. Every bottle is hand-selected, every pour comes with a story.

Whether you're a seasoned wine lover or just starting to explore, there's no pressure here. Just great wine, great food, and great company.
