Dashi Wine Bar and Emporium is available for private gatherings, full buyouts, and guided tasting experiences. Whether you're hosting a dinner, celebrating a milestone, or bringing a group together around wine, we'll take care of the details.
The Reserve
For groups up to 30 guests. No venue fee — just your people and our wine.
Our semi-private back area is yours for the evening. Guests order on a master tab or individual checks. Wine by the glass or by the bottle, beer, sake, and non-alcoholic options all available. No corkage.
Catering options:
Small paella (serves up to 15) — $150
Large paella (serves up to 30) — $300
Spanish charcuterie & pintxos — $12/person
Small paella + charcuterie bundle — $300
Large paella + charcuterie bundle — $450
The Buyout
Full venue exclusively yours. Seats up to 60 guests.
The entire space — the bottle wall, the bar, the lounge — reserved for your event. Staffed and stocked to your needs.
Evening buyout (4pm–close weekdays, 1pm-close weekends)
Weekday: $1,000 F&B minimum
Weekend: $2,000 F&B minimum
Daytime buyout (before 4pm, weekdays only)
$500 F&B minimum
Ideal for corporate lunches, team off-sites, and private shopping events. One staff member on hand; lower overhead, same exclusive access to the space and the bottle wall.
All catering options from The Reserve are available, plus custom menus on request.
The Tasting Experience
Guided wine tastings for groups of 10–30. Led by Oscar.
A structured tasting built around a theme — a region, a grape, a style — with time to ask questions, smell, sip, and learn. Available with or without food pairing.
Tasting tiers:
The Flight — 4 wines, no food — $25/person
The Pairing — 4 wines + charcuterie & pintxos — $40/person
The Deep Dive — 6 wines + charcuterie & pintxos — $50/person
Available Thursday–Sunday evenings. Minimum 10 guests. Inquire at least 2 weeks in advance.
