Tasting Notes: The grapes are a mix of hand destemmed and whole cluster, then foot crushed and wild fermented with an extended maceration of the skins for 2-4 months in Amphora, then some of the juice is pressed off to big old barrels with the rest staying in clay for the better part of a year. Bottled unfiltered. Silky spiced red fruit with a deep core of minerality.
